'-Intermediate Short Term Flood Prevention Measures and Perimeter Ground Improvement as per the design carried out under WC1167555. Birmingham Children's Trust (BCT) (the Trust) is responsible for discharging the statutory Social Care duties of Birmingham City Council towards its Children, Young People and Families, among them the duty to provide an Adoption Service. In 2015 the Department for Education introduced the Adoption Support Fund (ASF) for eligible Adopters and Special Guardianship (SGOs) families across England. This fund is designed to offer families specialist therapeutic support following adoption. The purpose of this specification is to ensure quality provision for eligible Adopters and Special Guardianship (SGOs) families across England. This service provision is designed to offer families specialist therapeutic support following adoption in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for children, young people and their families in line with statutory legislation and guidance. This requirement has emanated from the Government's initiative to provide an Adoption Support Fund to Local Authorities and Children's Trusts to support adoptive families. BCT is seeking to commission a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for organisation(s) to provide Therapeutic Interventions for children adopted from care and their adoptive families in response to funding available through the Adoption Support Fund (ASF). Midland Heart is developing a DPS, to form a list of approved, or pre -checked suppliers, deemed capable of providing the following reactive and planned asset management support. The DPS will be split into Lots Lot 1 - Clean and Clearance. Lot 2 - General Repairs and Void works. Lot 3 - Glazing and UPVC. Lot 4 - Electrical. Lot 5 - Drainage. Lot 6 - Roofing. You are invited by Acivico (Design, Construction and Facilities Management) Limited to apply to join this Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the procurement of Fire Safety Services, to support new and existing client accounts in the West Midlands Region, when such opportunities become available. Where the DPS is considered the most appropriate route to market, all suppliers/contractors who are registered on this DPS (Stage 1 of the procurement process) will be invited to bid for work through further competitions (Stage 2 of the procurement process). Work will only be awarded through further competitions. There is no provision for a Direct Award under a DPS. It is anticipated that the annual value of work awarded through this DPS will be in the region of two million pounds sterling per annum.
