NHS England (NHSE) are seeking to extend the existing DPS to support the national approach to the digitisation of Lloyd George records in GP practices. Corresponding TED notice reference is 2020/S 027-063375 published on 7 August 2020. The National Commercial & Procurement Hub (on behalf of NHSE) is seeking suitably experienced and qualified suppliers to join the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) as the vehicle for the procurement of digitisation services for NHS Integrated Care Boards (ICB's), and other Contracting Authorities identified on a regional or local basis. The DPS will be divided into three Categories (Lots): Lot 1 Scanning services Lot 2 Integration with foundation clinical system Lot 3 Scanning services/integration with foundation clinical system (being the aggregate subject-matter of Lots 1 and 2). Suppliers interested in performing the services covered by both Lots 1 and 2, may apply for Lot 3 in addition to applying for both Lots 1 and 2. The awarding of specific contracts will be via invitation to tender to Suppliers listed on the established DPS. Hull City Council is seeking suitably qualified providers to supply and deliver supported living services for the Authority's Adult Social Care and Children & Young People Family Services, by establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DPS). The length of of contracts will be governed by the persons individual needs. Service Providers can join the DPS at any point following its launch. The DPS will be established for a period of 8 years, with an option to extend for up to a further 2 x 1 year periods. Organisations accepted on to the DPS will be invited, via categories to further competitions to bid against individual, or block placements.

YPO are looking for Suppliers to be appointed onto a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the supply and distribution of various Food Service categories direct to YPO customers, typically for use in the education sector, NHS, public sector buildings, charitable status organisations such as housing organisations and care homes, care catering, the prison service and sheltered housing within the public sector. The DPS is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which include YPO's internal requirements and any of YPO's wholly owned associated or subsidiary companies. The end customer will place the order/s with the Provider and the Provider will deliver direct to the end customer. The DPS will cover the initial period from 1st December 2019 to 30th November 2024 with two options to extend for an additional 12 months. The maximum contract period will therefore be 7 years from 01 December 2019 to 30 November 2026 (subject to an annual review, incorporating price negotiations and KPI performance).

Procure Plus are a value focused, not for profit company that specialises in the procurement of goods and services related to both the new build, repair, and maintenance of social housing. Procure Plus wishes to procure and enter into a DPS agreement for the completion of planned installation and repair works in the Midlands. The works will predominantly be undertaken in social housing properties but may also be carried out in other public buildings. The DPS operates in such a way as to separate the completion of the works covered by the DPS, from the procurement of the materials required, as described within the procurement documents. Contractors who are admitted to the DPS and who are subsequently awarded an underlying contract will be required to interact with and source certain materials from the suppliers who are appointed to other Procure Plus framework agreements (which are each subject to a separate procurement and contract notice). Contractors who are admitted to the DPS and who are subsequently awarded an underlying contract will also be expected to share Procure Plus's commitment to social value, and specifically the creation of training and employment opportunities for individuals who are furthest from the labour market, groups that are underrepresented within the construction industry or individuals that may otherwise be overlooked or marginalised within the labour market.
