Dorset Council reserves the right to terminate the DPS prior to 30 April 2027, and also reserves the right to extend the DPS further beyond 30 April 2027, up to a maximum end date of February 2029 in line with Cabinet Office guidance regarding Dynamic Purchasing Systems procured under PCR2015. Organisations are required to meet defined criteria to be admitted on to the DPS.
