Please note that the contract start date is not 15 August 2025, and call-off contracts can start from 01 September 2020. This error is deliberate as the system does not allow a contract start date prior to the date information can be requested/applications received by, however this mandatory field criteria does not suit the Approved List set up, hence the clarification here. The aim of this service is to underpin the strategic priorities of East Sussex County Council's Adult Social Care and Children's Services Departments, and local Health and Housing partners, to provide a flexible, outcomes-focussed on-site housing support service that: (i) prevents a wide range of crisis situations including homelessness; (ii) supports Clients to stay safe, including their mental and physical wellbeing, and better manage their use of substances and complex needs; (iii) builds resilience, in part by taking an asset-based approach to personal development that enables employment and future independent living; (iv) actively supports healthy living and well-being; (v) actively promotes self-care and avoids hospital or accommodation-based care or use of the Criminal Justice System; and (vi) proactively supports Clients to regain independence, maximising their capacity to live independently, and to move on with specialist support to prevent future crises.

"The main contracted works is for the construction of a new overbridge (Marston Road Overbridge) to facilitate the decommissioning of the current Marston Road Level Crossing. The Level Crossing is situated on the Bletchley and Bedford Midland Line (BBM) @ 9m 02ch. The scope of the works is the construction of the new bridge and assosciated works as per the current Form 2 Design. Works involve but not limited to the following: The works to be carried out include but not limited to the list below: 1. Consultation with stakeholders to agree the level of welfare provision, access arrangements, service diversions and other works necessary to enable commencement of the works. 2. Undertaking of enabling works to create a worksite suitable for the works. 3. Temporary Works development to enable permanent works construction. 4. Installation of the new drainage ditch either side of the new highway. Pipework, chambers, under track crossing, and headwall structures for the underground culvert diversion on the East side of the existing road alignment. 5. Construction of the piled foundation & pile caps either side of the railway lines to support the installation of the new abutment, wingwalls and restraint barriers. 6. Construction of the bridge abutments, cills and wingwalls. 7. Procurement and fabrication of beams, approach units, bearings, parapet, waterproofing and surfacing of the of the new bridge structure. 8. Installation of approach embankments to the abutments with engineered material combined with the installation of deck drainage and highway drainage to outfall. 9. Construction of the embankment slopes and ancillary highway infrastructure including carriageway, white lining, verges, tie-ins, footpaths, approach safety barriers, fencing and service ducting from Chainage 10m to Chainage 540m as per Form F (180940-MUR-ZZ-XX-DRG-EHW-000). 10. Diversion and reinstallation of the Statutory Services (Anglian Water, Cadent Gas, UK Power Network, Openreach (BT)) in the new highway overbridge infrastructure. 11. Installation of cable troughs, and chambers on under track crossings for systems cabling. 12. Telecommunications related modification works. 13. E & P related modification & installation works. 14. Signalling related modification works. 15. De-vegetation and landscaping works as per the ecological and landscape design documentation. The Main Contract works is for the construction of a new footbridge (BBM 9G Woburn Road footbridge bridge) to facilitate the decommissioning of the current Woburn Road Foot Crossing. The current Foot Crossing is situated on the Bletchley and Bedford Midland Line (BBM) @ 14m 10245Yds. The scope of the works is the construction of the new bridge and associated works as per the current draft AFCs. The works to be carried out include but not limited to the list below: 1.Consultation with stakeholders to agree the level of welfare provision, access arrangements, service diversions and other works necessary to enable commencement of the works. 2.Procurement and fabrication of columns, steps, intermediate landing areas and main span of the footbridge, as well as, waterproofing and footway surfacing of the of the new structure. 3.Design and construction of any temporary works require to complete scope. 4.Undertaking of enabling works to create a worksite suitable for the works. 5.Diversion of the existing drainage ditch, into a new piped system for a total of up to 40lm, complete with Soluform Pre-filled concrete bag works headwalls on either end. 6.Construction of the piled foundation & pile caps either side of the railway lines to support the installation of the new steel Circular Hollow Section (CHS) columns 7.Construction of landing areas for access/egress onto and off steps 8.Installation of CHS columns, steps, intermediate landing areas and main span of the footbridge. 9.Installation of spider plate for future bonding provision. 10.Closure of existing foot crossing. 11.Installation of new boundary fence. 12.Installation of new footpaths on approach to structure. Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire & West Berkshire (BOB) and Frimley (Berkshire East) Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) (the Commissioners) are seeking to commission providers who have the capability and capacity to deliver NHS Tier 2 Oral Surgery services in Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire West Berkshire & and Frimley (Berkshire East), in line with the specified requirements. The procurement is divided into 4 lots in the BOB ICB area & and Frimley ICB (East Berkshire) area. Providers may bid for a maximum of 2 Lots. Oral surgery deals with the diagnosis and management of pathology of the mouth and jaws that requires surgical intervention. It involves the treatment of adolescents and adults, and the management of dentally anxious and medically complex patients. Further information on the services can be found in the Oral Surgery clinical standards: NHS England » Oral surgery clinical standard The services will provide Level 2 Oral Surgery for patients, either residing in or currently under the care of a General Dental Practitioner (GDP), in Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, West Berkshire and Berkshire East. All Mandatory Dental Services, including simple non-surgical extractions, are excluded from the scope but some services will include Sedation in accordance with the Guidance for Commissioning Sedation for Dental Services in Primary Care 2017. Performers will need to be accredited to provide the services to a Level 2 standard. The accreditation will be through an accreditation panel led by the Managed Clinical Network for Oral Surgery, with the support of NHS England and the ICB.
