The scope of this DPS is to cover all future Transport requirements that the Council procures and is segmented into different categories of transport. Providers will need to register for each transport category they are interested in. The Council will only advertise opportunities for each type of transport to those Providers registered for each category. The categories of transport are as follows: - Education and Social Care - Public Transport Bus Network - Demand Responsive Transport Interested Providers should refer to the specifications found in Schedules A - C for details as to the requirements of the future contracts. These documents are provided in a draft state and final versions will be issued to Providers when specific requirements are called-off from the DPS. The initial DPS period is for 8 years (96 months) and can be extended perpetually by period(s) of up to 8 years (96 months). The Council reserves the right to close the DPS at any point.

CHC Nursing Home Beds Preferred Provider List- NHS BLMK ICB

NHS Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes Integrated Care Board (BLMK ICB) (formerly CCG) is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified providers of CHC Nursing Homes Beds ("the service"), to be delivered across the population of Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes. The aim of commissioning Continuing Healthcare (CHC) nursing home beds is to provide safe and appropriate care in a formal registered nursing home setting, where this is assessed by the IC B as the most appropriate placement for care that meets the clients' needs. Any Qualified Provider (AQP) contracts will be awarded on a zero value, zero volume basis. The total available contract will be for a period of 5 years with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years at the discretion of the commissioner. However, the contract length will be from the point of award until the expiration date of the contract be it 5 years for the initial period or 7 years if the full extension option is invoked. The contract for the initial window will commence 01st April 2023. The contracts dates (1st April 2023 - 31st March 2030) reflect the full contractual term for these services. Any applications awarded in subsequent windows during the life of the contract will have varying start dates but will all co-terminate on 31st March 2030. Cambridgeshire Residential and Nursing Framework

Cambridgeshire County Council is putting in place a Framework for the provision of residential, residential dementia, nursing and nursing dementia care. The Framework will be open for applications throughout its duration and the Authority intends to evaluate applications approximately every 6 months, but reserves the right to evaluate more or less frequently. The Framework duration is 10 years, from 01/04/2020 to 31/03/2030. The current round of framework applications will close on the 20th March 2020 at 12:00. Any Public Body outlined in either Part I or Part II of the Local Authorities (Goods and Services) (Public Bodies) Order 1972 may call off this Framework. Integrated Drugs and Alcohol Treatment Service

This procurement is being run in accordance with The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 -Competitive Process. Peterborough City Council is commissioning an integrated all-age service covering treatment for drug and alcohol misuse covering all key substances as per the service specification and evolving trends in substance misuse. The treatment provider must work to help people make good progress towards their treatment goals and as measured by the National Treatment Progress Measure. As part of this the provider will agree and help deliver individual treatment goals to service users and provide structured treatment help users achieve these goals. The Provider will be required to deliver a service which empowers accessibility and has the flexibility to innovate services to address complexity and the changing landscape of substances and national trends. The provider may sub-contract some element of the service. The provider must work closely with a Look After Recovery Service (LERO), this is being commissioned separately. The funding is structured into two parts PART A and B. Included in PART A, the Council is investing is own public health grant estimated to be £2. 406, 909 per year in years one to three. Alongside side this is additional grant funding received from other local and national funding sources know as PART B. This includes the Drug and Alcohol Treatment and Recovery Improvement Grant (Supplementary, Housing Support and Rough Sleeper elements), Hospital Liaison, Vulnerable Women's, Probation, Office for Police and Crime Commissioner Family Safeguarding, Smoking Cessation and Regional Detoxification Placements. Some of the Part B elements are already confirmed and more detail is available in the Invitation to Tender Pack. Funding from other sources principally central government funding from the National Strategy from Harm to Hope is not guaranteed but will be invested subject to confirmation from central government later in the year. Bidders are asked to submit proposals on the anticipation this funding is provided but, on the understanding, this may be subject to change.. To be clear there is no commitment or guarantee by the Council of funding levels that fall within Part B.
